Accessing the Remote
Monitoring System: - Please read the instructions and follow
explicitly before contacting customer support. Camera viewing is
only supported by Internet Explorer, not Mozilla Firefox. |

To Access Remotely:
Click on the link associated with the site you are trying to view
and enter your specific logon credentials. You will be prompted to
install an active x control and confirm. It will take a few minutes
to download the control, and once complete you will need to select "multiview"
on the left and then either 1024 x 768 or 1280 x 1024 for the
resolution. Multiview will now be installed on your local computer
and put a shortcut on the desktop as well. After it finishes the
install the camera viewer will open automatically. In the future
all you will need to do to view the cameras is click on the desktop
shortcut icon. At this point if you are unable to see the cameras
please contact customer support at 888.877.3979. Only employees who
can be validated will be supported. |

Tools: If you run into any difficulties please select the "crossloop
download" link and run the installation. You will have to enter an
email address but when prompted to create an account just merely "x"
that window out and another window will open with two tabs; one is
labeled access and the other share. You will need to provide the
support person with the 12 digit string of numbers provided in the
share tab. |
